Jesus.
There are some things that are important in life. But there are other things that shape our lives and make us who we are. Jesus Christ deserves our love, faithfulness, devotion, everything we have and everything we are.
"He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquity;
upon him was the chastisement that makes us whole, and by his wounds
we are healed"
Isaiah 53:5
What this means is simple. We can never do anything to earn God's love. Our Iniquity (the selfish, bad, impure things we do) prevents us from ever being close to God. The price for our deeds is death. The price was paid by Jesus so we are free to know and love the one true God, the creator of everything. That is love. It deserves a response.
